As the name says it all, Tiffin provides the users to order food from their favorite restaurants on a single tap, sitting at home. The user simply has too register their account and add their payment details. In order to reduce the manual efforts of adding card details, this app provides the user with an additional facility to scan their card through the application itself. This app provides a menu of the restaurant and they can place their order in just a few more taps. In order to get the updated status of the order placed, the user can track his order. The beneficial attraction of this app is that the user can earn credits if they share their experience with their friends through the mail or other social media and can invite them to place an order.
Amidst all the challenges faced by our developers, these are a few listed which are the driver tracking system to track an order placed, the debit/credit card scanner development, order management system and the dispatch management system.
Initiating with the completion of the System flow diagram, we created a back end with the details of the menu. Secondly, we defined the payment methods and GPS map integration. Also, it was a must to define the driver app and its functions and connect that to the back end, which was well executed. Finally we started with the front end development
We delivered the Android application with many useful features which can make the Tiffin booking more easy to use.
