E-Shopping App

Overview

Online shopping has taken the consumers’ world on a roll. The thought of never leaving your home and get everything that you want at your convenience was something that every Shopping lover always wanted.The app is developed on Android and iOS platforms and available in English language.

Features:

• Signup with basic details like Name, Email etc.
• Login with appropriate credentials. Users can also login through social media accounts like Google Plus or Facebook.
• Users can filter their selection based on below tags: Casual,Formals,Seasonal,Ethnic,Men, Women and Children Fashion,Inner and Lounge Wear.
• Based on users experience, they can give ratings and reviews to the shop.
• It shows the list of various deals and offers offered by multiple brands.
• App sends notifications to users regarding deals and offers of the subscribed shops.
• Add the products to wishlist.
• Able to avail fast and secure checkout for order.
• Able to avail fast delivery process.
• Able to track the order and also check past order in dashboard.
• Able to pay through net banking,card or wallet (get verification code via sms).
• Able to avail free and easy return policy.

Challenges

Two different logins for the buyer and the seller was a manageable task undertaken successfully. We faced a promising challenge managing web admin panel for each seller. Managing the tracking of product and upload with its filters was handled firmly by our development team. A tedious task was to manage payment methods for resell products. Also, managing bargain features with online chat facility was dedicatedly performed on server together performed by our team.

Approach

Team first initiated by defining the SRS document and also the entire list of app functions. We also developed a chart which highlighted the complex relations of the feature with each other. For development phase, we started with super admin and seller admin panel with 3- tier architecture setup. To summarize, we developed app’s front end with web services which communicated with the back end favorably.

Deliverable

We delivered the Android and IOS application with all attractive UI/UX and all functionalities demanded by client before the zero hour.
