Food Fantasy app

Overview

With the increasing numbers of food lovers stuck in busy schedule and having rare time to cook food for enjoying the delights of new food items, a client came up with the idea Food Fantasy which will fulfill their all appetizing needs with great ease.

• Users can order food from their favourite restaurants on a single tap be it from their home or office.
• Allows to book table.
• Track Location and distance.
• Display menus of different restaurant.
• The user simply have to register their account.
• Further he/she can avail offers, Festival coupons and can check out with the payment details.
• In order to get the updated status of the order placed, the app also provides tracking facility for your order. It delivers food based on time slots taken.
• The bonanza attraction of this app is that, the user can earn credits if they share their experience with their friends through mail or other social media handles where they can also invite them to place an order.

Challenges

Our developer has faced little complexity on admin panel as it had to be in 3rd normalization form. To simplify the data little bit we have worked on caching issues though it was done by our backend developers. After proper research regarding some query on that our developer was able to manage the issue and fabricated the app as per client’s requirement.

Approach

Finally we started with the front end development after approving wireframes, clearing system flow diagram, and creating a back end with the details of menu. Secondly we defined the payment methods and GPS map integration. Also it was a must to define in admin and to work parallely with its all functionality.

Deliverable

We delivered the Android and IOS application with many useful features and attractive UI/UX which made the Food Ordering process easier.
